Acts as a stabilizer in rubber and resin synthesis, an antioxidant for polyvinyl chloride, and a raw material for alkyd and polyester resins. Additionally, it is used as a catalyst, promoter, flame retardant, light and heat stabilizer, and lubricant antioxidant.
